Oliphant Bakers an award winning bakery was established in 1856 and we pride ourselves on our vast range of products from meat goods, to fresh cream goods, small cakes, and celebration cakes, wedding cakes, various breads and rolls we also have a varied amount of tea bread, we also provide buffets for all occasions.

We are what is known in the trade as a scratch bakery which means we make everything by hand from the raw ingredients, still using the same recipes which we have used for years, as well as our newer products this may be classed as old fashioned these days when everything is done using computer program, but we reckon that's what gives us our home made appeal.

We are established members of the Scottish Bakers which is a good thing for the company as this keeps us abreast of the times and up-to-date with any new changes in the bakery trade.
